We aim for our players to regularly demonstrate the skills and behaviours described below at each stage of their journey from U9 through to our senior teams.
By the time they finish at each age group they will ideally be able to do each of these things. However, children develop at different ages – some will be ahead of the milestone standards at each age group, while some may take longer to develop.
